![]() Doing this once is not usually a problem, but most people who do it once, do it without realizing it a lot more often. This activity is called Bruxism. It is when you clench, and often grind, your teeth. It is not a healthy habit to have. Clenching Your Teeth is Never a Good IdeaMost people who clench their teeth, do it without ever consciously thinking about it. It is a habit, and done out of reflex.
