Our Dublin dental team at Waterford Dental Group is highly skilled and cares about patients’ experiences. Delivering personalized, compassionate care to children and adults, we believe it is helpful to remain by patients’ sides to answer questions, serve as a listening ear, offer recommendations, and address any concerns. Vieno, Team Captain/Office Manager

Vieno has a passion for leadership, and she says that the most rewarding part of her job is coaching our team to be as successful as possible. This all serves to benefit our patients! She is a registered dental assistant through Everest College, and she has also taken advanced training in leadership and coaching and attended multiple Tony Robbins seminars.

Vieno comes from a large family and is the oldest of nine children. She and her husband are the proud parents of two adult children, a daughter, and a son, as well as a beloved dog and cat. On the weekends, she likes to go boating, wake surfing, paddle boarding, and jet skiing. Vieno also loves anything that has to do with Christmas or Hallmark.

Eddy, Office Manager

Eddy joined our team over two years ago, and she has nearly a decade of experience in the dental world. Before she joined us, she attended Southwestern College and earned her certification in dental assisting and X-rays. Plus, she obtained her orthodontic assisting permit! Although her education and training are impressive, what she loves most about her job is building bonds with patients, creating positive memories, and working with a star-studded team.

Eddy’s hometown is Chula Vista! At home, she has a fiancé, two cats, and a puppy. She loves using her free time to watch Netflix, listen to movie podcasts, go off-roading, and ride motorcycles. Here’s something you might not know about her: she knows how to play the drums, the guitar, the bass guitar, and the piano!

Casey, Treatment & Financial Coordinator

A graduate of San Francisco University, Casey puts our patients’ needs above everything else, and she ensures that everyone leaves our office both healthy and happy.

A Bay Point native, she has a dog named Tesla and trains up to four hours each day as a bodybuilder! She is usually in the gym before and after work, but otherwise, you’ll find her back at home sleeping.

Jessica, Patient Care Coordinator

Jessica feels fortunate that she gets to work alongside an amazing team that brings joy and confidence to our patients through orthodontic treatment. She was trained through Carrington College of CA and has worked in the front office for over half of her dental career.

Jessica says that her world revolves around her two young sons, so her weekends mostly consist of attending their baseball games or watching sports together. She also likes to hike, find view spots, and try new restaurants/foods.

Anna, Patient Coordinator

For Anna, the best part of her job is having a supportive team that strives to provide excellent patient care. Nothing makes her happier than ensuring that the treatment process is as smooth as possible.

Anna has a longtime boyfriend and a cat named Mew (after the Pokémon), and outside of dentistry, she likes spending time with friends and family, hiking, reading, trying new restaurants, and playing with the latest tech.

Suzana, Front Desk Hygiene Coordinator

Suzana grew up in San Leandro and has been working in the world of dental care for some time now—a year in general dentistry and three years in oral surgery. Today, you’ll find her helping patients by planning their treatments while building a strong relationship with everyone who walks through our doors.

At home, Suzana is part of a loud, fun, and loving family. Other than spending time with her parents and siblings, she also likes binge-watching shows, shopping, going on hikes, cooking, and trying new restaurants whenever she has the chance. She’s also quite a comedian, as she always has a good joke to tell!

Stevana, Treatment Coordinator

A native of Castro Valley, CA, Stevana has close to a full decade of experience in the dental field, and she loves being able to interact with our amazing patients and fantastic doctors. She studied at Las Positas Community College and continues to learn as much as possible about dentistry every day.

If you don’t find her at the office, Stevana is most likely hanging out with her family who’s adventurous, spirited, and caring. In her free time, she enjoys things like hiking with her dog Arlo, going out with friends, reading, and cooking new recipes. One cool fact about her: she is full of endless fun facts and loves doing trivia (mostly in history)!

Suzanne, Registered Dental Hygienist

With two decades of experience, Suzanne loves being part of the world of dentistry and having the chance to help others create their dream smiles. Originating from Santa Clarita, CA, she received her certification through the Pasadena City College Dental Hygiene Program. She also worked as a dental assistant while she was in hygiene school.

At home, Suzanne lives with her high school sweetheart husband, and they have two beautiful daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys going on hikes, being outdoors, traveling, reading, and working out. She also loves watching her daughters play soccer on the weekends and spending time with her family and friends.

Yuri, Registered Dental Hygienist

Originating from Livermore, Yuri has been in the field of dentistry for a decade and counting. She attended Chabot College to earn her license as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been helping patients achieve their dream smiles ever since. The best part of her job is being able to educate people about their oral health and how to care for their pearly whites.

When she isn’t at the office, Yuri spends much of her time with her close-knit family. She also loves fitness and has a passion for home decorations.

Glenda, Registered Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator

Glenda says that the only thing she loves more than all of the fun and diverse personalities of our patients is the people she is blessed to work with daily! She graduated from Diablo Valley College and has been in the orthodontic field for over a decade. She also regularly attends the CDA conference so that she can learn about new advancements in the dental field.

Originally from Brentwood, Glenda likes to take trips with her two dogs to San Diego, Oregon, and Rhode Island to visit family. A lover of Broadway musicals, her hobbies include reading, working out, playing video games, and hiking.

Rina, Dental Assistant

Rina loves coming to work each day since her job allows her to directly contribute to the well-being of patients – it’s so rewarding for her! As for her studies, she entered the world of dentistry in high school, which is when she shadowed several different dental offices. Then, she attended the University of the Pacific, expanding her educational foundation even further.

Rina is originally from Hawaii, and she comes from a close-knit family. In addition to dentistry, she has a passion for playing volleyball, swimming, and surfing. When asked for a fun fact about herself, she shared, “Whether it's diving into new hobbies, immersing myself in different cultures, or embracing unique experiences, I thrive on growth.”

 

Karina, Registered Dental Assistant

With almost a decade of experience in dentistry, Karina loves being able to treat patient’s smiles while providing a fun and memorable experience for the children. She underwent the dental program at Eden Area ROP in Hayward to earn her certification in dental assisting as well as coronal polishing, X-ray, and pit and fissure sealants. She also interned at several offices including an orthodontist office, a small private practice, and the University of the Pacific clinic. She regularly pursues continuing education every year to remain up to date with the latest advances in dental care.

Aside from dentistry, Karina spends much of her time with her family and loved ones. She also enjoys binge-watching TV shows, attending baseball games, and traveling to new places. One cool fact about her: she’s fluent in both English and Spanish.
