
When you first got your new dentures, your dentist may have recommended wearing them around the clock for the first 24 hours. Although this may seem like a strange request, it is done to help the prosthetics mold to your mouth as well as to get you used to wearing them. But beyond the first day, it’s important that you start removing them before you go to bed. Although it may be easier to just leave them in place overnight so you can save time in the morning, here are five reasons why this is a very dangerous idea.
